Across marginalised communities in South Africa, many vulnerable children and youth go to sleep each night without a proper mattress — on a hard floor, thin blankets, worn-out foam, or makeshift bedding. This daily reality affects far more than comfort. It impacts dignity, health, emotional well-being, and the ability to learn.
The Mattresses for Dignity Campaign is a youth-led transformation initiative that calls on corporate partners to sponsor a youth with a mattress and make a direct, meaningful difference in a young person’s life.
Powered by Insignis Solution, with mattresses manufactured by Vukarest, a youth-led manufacturing initiative, the campaign is rooted in a simple but powerful belief: every young person deserves a safe and comfortable place to sleep.

Folds down with carry handles for easy mobility — ideal for smaller dwellings where the mattress is moved or stored during the day.

A solid single-piece mattress for a permanent sleeping space — full support with no fold lines, where there’s room to leave it in place.
